The following general terms and conditions apply to all offers, order confirmations, and agreements where Nørd Vintage is a party.

Article 2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop and store of Nørd Vintage.
2.2 By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions. Please read them before placing an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via info@nordvintagefurniture.com.
2.3 In addition to these General Terms, Additional Terms may apply to specific products, where indicated.
2.4 Nørd Vintage reserves the right to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions from time to time.
Article 3. Our Products
3.1 All our products are second-hand. Therefore, signs of use cannot be excluded. Unless otherwise stated, the products are still in good condition. The condition of each product is clearly displayed and described in the product listing.
3.2 If, after purchase, the actual product differs from the expectations based on the photos and description, please let us know. We will find an appropriate solution. In some cases, the order can be returned (see Article 7).
3.3 Our webshop is as up-to-date as possible. Since we have both a webshop and a physical store, and most products are available in limited quantities, an item may be sold in the store while still listed on the website. In that case, Nørd Vintage will refund the full amount to the webshop customer.
3.4 Nørd Vintage is not bound by apparent errors or typographical mistakes in the offer.
Article 4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices listed by Nørd Vintage are excluding shipping costs. Most of the offered items fall under the margin scheme (i.e., no VAT items). For margin items, VAT is not listed on the invoice, and VAT is not deductible.
4.2 Our prices are subject to price changes and typing errors. If we accidentally list an incorrect price on the website, we reserve the right to correct it, even if you have already ordered the product. We will contact you in such cases.
4.3 The agreement is binding when payment is received. Until that moment, Nørd Vintage retains ownership of the product.
4.4 Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the details of your order and payment confirmation.
4.5 Orders must be paid in full before delivery if not agreed otherwise. If you pick up the product in-store, cash payment or a payment request is also possible.
Article 5. Shipping
5.1 Nørd Vintage products that can be shipped by parcel service are sent by the best suiting third party shipper depending on the item. You will receive a update by email and if available a track & trace.
5.2 If you provide an incorrect delivery address, are not home at the time of delivery, or select the wrong delivery option, any extra costs will be charged to you.
5.3 Nørd Vintage usually ships orders the same or next business day after the order is placed. If shipping takes longer than two business days, we will inform you. If you need the product earlier for a special occasion, feel free to contact us, and we will explore the possibilities.
5.4 Our items are packed as securely as possible for shipping. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work together to find a suitable solution. It’s important to share photos of the damage with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Article 6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery arrangements are always made in consultation.
6.2 Ordered items that cannot be shipped by parcel service are delivered within a reasonable delivery and is consulted between customer and Nørd Vintage. If delivery time is delayed due to seasonal peaks or unforeseen circumstances. This is not a valid reason for cancellation, compensation, or reimbursement.
6.3 We deliver to the door unless otherwise agreed. From the door onward, the buyer is responsible for any damage to the product. If delivery inside the home is requested, it is at the customer’s own risk.
6.4 You must ensure that the items can pass through the doors of the building and/or home. If the items need to be taken to another floor, you are responsible for ensuring that the stairs and/or elevator are large enough to accommodate the items.
6.5 If the conditions mentioned above are not met and the items cannot be delivered to the agreed location, the regular delivery and any additional costs will be charged to you.
6.6 As an additional service, we offer to assemble the furniture for you in your home at a agreed price. Any damage incurred in the home or to the item during assembly is at the customer’s risk.
6.7 If items show damage or defects not indicated in the photos or description, you must report this within 24 hours. Please send a clear photo of the issue or damage. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
Article 7. Returns
7.1 Returns for direct purchased items from the webshops can be made within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to info@nordvintagefurniture.com with a return request. We will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
7.2 Products delivered personally or via courier usually cannot be returned. Contact us to discuss options if you are not satisfied with the delivered product.
7.3 Customized or specially made items cannot be returned.
7.4 Returned products must be in the same condition as when purchased. Therefore, it is important that you pack the product well when returning it.
7.5 If the condition of the product remains unchanged, the order amount excluding delivery costs will be refunded. The responsibility and costs of the return shipment are your own.
7.6 Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
7.7 If the products are damaged, dirty, or incomplete, Nørd Vintage reserves the right to refuse the returned goods.
7.8 Refunds can only be made to the account used for the original payment.
Article 8. Warranty
8.1 No warranty is provided on used goods. However, any problems or deficiencies within 14 days of receipt may often be resolved through mutual agreement.
8.2 To qualify for a solution, you must provide evidence of the problem and proof of purchase from Nørd Vintage.
8.3 A defect must be reported to Nørd Vintage within 14 days of receiving the product.
8.4 Nørd Vintage is not liable for defects arising from normal wear and tear or external causes. We are never liable for damage caused by improper or misuse of our products.
8.5 We do not guarantee that our wooden items are 100% free of woodworm as this is not always visible. However, if necessary, our wooden items are treated.
8.6 If we need to repair or restore the item, we will do so within two months.
8.7 We are never liable for indirect damage, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, lost profits, and business interruption damage.
8.8 If we deliver the product inside the house, this is at the customer’s own risk (damages in the home or to the item are at the customer’s risk).
8.9 If appropriate, a refund may be issued. This occurs only if no other solution is possible, the defect was present at purchase, it is reported within 14 days, falls outside normal wear, and was not mentioned in the product description.
Article 9. Copyright
9.1 Our images may only be used publicly with permission from Nørd Vintage (info@nordvintagefurniture.com), and Nørd Vintage must be credited.
Article 10. Disputes
10.1 Danish law exclusively applies to agreements between the business and the consumer related to these general terms and conditions.
Article 11. Other
11.1 You enter our store at your own risk. Nørd Vintage is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred.
11.2 If you damage Nørd Vintage’s property, you will be charged accordingly.
